Fun with Photos

I recently upgraded my computer and have been playing with my photos. I guess it's finally time to learn Photoshop and some of the other digital techniques available.

Here's an image cropped from one from the Ilparpa Claypans series ... I posted some "straight" images taken there back in Januaryhttp://marriageandmetrics.blogspot.com/2010/01/ilparpa.html but now I'm playing around with the Develop module of Lightroom, which is similar to Photoshop.

OK, this is pretty weird, but it made me smile. I was listening to classic rock and roll (Fly Like an Eagle) while I did it, so maybe that's what inspired the psychedelic effect.
