I am having some shoulder, arm and hand pain due to computer work. I have an appointment with a physiotherapist (as they call them here) this afternoon and hopefully she will have some magic for me. Ken has been taking good care of me by fetching drugs and a heating pad. But I have been off the computer for a few days and will stay off for a bit longer. We also have a keyboard tray on order to install in our desk.
