Ken spoke to the embassy on Friday. They confirmed they have our visa application and that it is in process. They could not provide a date when we will hear if it is approved, or confirmation as to if it would be approved. Based on normal processing times for this type of application, it should already be completed, so hopefully we will hear any day now.
Based on this status, Ken says that a more realistic target move date is July 6.
Several people have asked if the date continues to slip, would we possibly attend the Kimball Family Reunion. Probably not. If we don't receive it, we will continue to expect it to come any day, and will need to leave as soon as possible thereafter.
